1. Membership Payments and Renewals

Non-Refundable Policy: All membership fees and renewal payments are final and non-refundable. Once the membership period begins, Addobiz does not provide any refunds, partial or full

Annual Membership Fees: Memberships are billed annually. Members are encouraged to review the benefits and structure of our network before committing to the annual fee

2. Trial Periods & Introductory Offers

Trial Memberships: During a trial period (if applicable), members can enjoy a limited-time introduction to Addobiz without full commitment. Fees associated with trial memberships are non-refundable

Promotional Offers: Any discounted or promotional memberships are also non-refundable. These offers allow access to Addobiz at a reduced rate for a limited time and are designed to introduce the member to the full benefits of Addobiz

Event Payments: Some events, workshops, and special sessions may have additional charges. These payments are non-refundable unless Addobiz cancels the even

Cancellation by Member: If a member cannot attend a paid event after registering, Addobiz will not issue a refund. In some cases, attendance may be transferrable (members substitute); please contact our support team for more information

Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, the original registration will be transferred to the new date without additional charge. Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events

4. Membership Cancellations

Voluntary Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the membership.

Termination by Addobiz: Addobiz reserves the right to terminate memberships if there is a violation of our community guidelines or policies. In such cases, the member will not be entitled to any refund

Special Circumstances: Addobiz may consider refunds in rare cases due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., serious medical conditions) at its sole discretion. Documentation may be required

5. Franchise Payments

Franchise Fee: Franchise-related payments, including franchise fees and setup costs, are non-refundable. These fees cover initial support and resources provided by Addobiz

Termination of Franchise Agreement: If a franchise agreement is terminated by either party, any payments already made are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to franchise fees, training fees, and other administrative costs

6. Intellectual Property Usage

Other than official Addobiz printed materials provided to members, members may not use Addobiz's intellectual property (e.g., logos, trademarks, names, slogans, copyrighted materials, etc.) to manufacture, distribute, sell, market, or promote any product or service. Members are strictly prohibited from using Addobiz's intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent from Addobiz Networking Pvt. Ltd

Permitted Use: Members who have received written permission must agree to abide by Addobiz's standards and guidelines for any approved use of intellectual property

Non-Compliance: Unauthorized use of Addobiz intellectual property may result in the termination of membership without a refund and potential legal action
